Starters

King prawn salad with avocado emulsion and pomegranate vinaigrette. *
“Emperor” rice with roasted scallop.
Cherry gazpacho with salted pickles

Main course

Roasted hake loin with “Romescu” and fried chilli peppers.
Cod fish cube with "parmentiere" and mushrooms.

“Refrito” veal cheeks with spring mushrooms and potato cream. *
Duck confit with orange sauce and glaces onions. *

Dessert

Our Tiramisu with coffee ice cream.
“Ulzama’s” curd with honey and candied nuts. *
Lemon sorbet with cava and spearmint flavour. *
Seasonal fruit salad with its icecream. *
